Back Squat is a barbell legs exercise for the quads, and it also works the glutes and core. If you cannot do it, Jump Squat or Sissy Squat are good swaps.

How to do it
- Set the bar on your upper back, feet shoulder-width, toes turned out slightly.
- Take a deep breath into your belly and brace as if about to be punched.
- Sit down and back, knees tracking over your toes, until your thighs are at least parallel.
- Drive up through your whole foot, keeping your chest up.
Watch out: Letting your knees cave in or your heels lift off the floor.
