Bayesian Curl
Bayesian Curl is a cable pull exercise for the biceps. If you cannot do it, Incline Dumbbell Curl or Incline Hammer Curl are good swaps.
Muscles worked
Biceps · main
How to do it
- Stand with your back to a low pulley, a handle in one hand, and step forward so the cable pulls your arm back behind you.
- Keep your elbow behind your torso and your shoulder stable.
- Curl the handle up towards your shoulder.
- Squeeze, then lower slowly until the biceps is fully stretched.
Watch out: Letting your elbow swing forward and losing the stretch at the bottom.
