Outdoor Cycling
Outdoor Cycling is a bodyweight cardio exercise. If you cannot do it, Air/Assault Bike or Stationary Bike are good swaps.
How to do it
- Set the saddle so your knee has a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
- Hold the handlebars lightly with relaxed shoulders and a flat back.
- Pedal in smooth circles at a steady cadence, using the gears to keep it comfortable.
- Look ahead, keep breathing steadily and spin easy for the last few minutes.
Watch out: A saddle set too low, which strains your knees.
