Stiff-Leg Deadlift
Stiff-Leg Deadlift is a barbell legs exercise for the hamstrings, and it also works the glutes and back. If you cannot do it, Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift or Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift are good swaps.

How to do it
- Stand holding the bar at your thighs with your legs nearly straight and a flat back.
- Push your hips back and lower the bar down your legs with only a slight knee bend.
- Go down until you feel a deep hamstring stretch, bar close to your shins.
- Squeeze your glutes to stand back up.
Watch out: Bending your knees more as you go down — that turns it into a regular deadlift.
