Inverted Row
Inverted Row is a bodyweight pull exercise for the back, and it also works the biceps. If you cannot do it, Assisted Pull-up Machine or Barbell Row are good swaps.

How to do it
- Set a bar at waist height and lie under it, gripping it just wider than your shoulders.
- Hold your body straight from head to heels, heels on the floor, arms straight.
- Pull your chest up to the bar, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower slowly until your arms are straight.
Watch out: Letting your hips sag or only pulling halfway up.
