Power Clean
Power Clean is a barbell other exercise for the back, and it also works the quads, glutes, hamstrings, shoulders and forearms. If you cannot do it, Dumbbell Deadlift or Deadlift are good swaps.

How to do it
- Set up with the bar over your mid-foot, hips hinged, back flat and arms straight.
- Pull the bar to your knees, then drive your hips through and shrug explosively.
- Pull yourself under the bar and catch it on your front shoulders in a quarter squat.
- Stand up tall, then lower the bar back to the floor under control.
Watch out: Pulling with bent arms early — the arms only guide the bar after the hips finish.
