Kettlebell Swing
Kettlebell Swing is a kettlebell other exercise for the glutes, and it also works the hamstrings, back, core, shoulders and forearms. If you cannot do it, Sumo Deadlift or B-Stance Hip Thrust are good swaps.

How to do it
- Stand with feet wider than your hips, the kettlebell a foot in front of you, and hinge to grip it with both hands.
- Hike the bell back between your thighs with a flat back.
- Snap your hips forward hard so the bell floats up to chest height, arms relaxed and straight.
- Let it fall back, hinging again as it passes between your thighs.
Watch out: Lifting the bell with your arms or squatting it up — the hips do the work.
