Reverse-Grip Curl
Reverse-Grip Curl is a barbell pull exercise for the biceps, and it also works the forearms. If you cannot do it, Cable Curl or Dumbbell Curl are good swaps.

How to do it
- Stand tall holding the bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart, elbows at your sides.
- Keep your wrists straight and your upper arms still.
- Curl the bar up towards your shoulders, leading with your knuckles.
- Lower slowly until your arms are straight.
Watch out: Letting your wrists bend back, or using so much weight that you swing.
