Reverse Hyperextension
Reverse Hyperextension is a machine legs exercise for the glutes. If you cannot do it, 45° Hip Extension or B-Stance Hip Thrust are good swaps.

Glutes · main
How to do it
- Lie face down on the pad with your hips at the edge and your legs hanging, hands on the handles.
- Squeeze your glutes and keep your legs straight.
- Swing your legs up until they are level with your body — no higher.
- Lower them slowly without letting the weight swing you.
Watch out: Throwing the legs up with momentum and arching your lower back at the top.
