Box Jump
Box Jump is a bodyweight legs exercise for the quads, and it also works the glutes. If you cannot do it, Barbell Step-up or Dumbbell Step-up are good swaps.

How to do it
- Stand an arm’s length from a sturdy box, feet shoulder width.
- Swing your arms back, dip into a quarter squat and jump up and forward.
- Land softly on the whole box in a small squat, both feet at once.
- Stand up tall, then step down one foot at a time.
Watch out: Jumping down off the box — stepping down saves your Achilles tendons.
