Romanian Deadlift
Romanian Deadlift is a barbell legs exercise for the hamstrings, and it also works the glutes, back and forearms. If you cannot do it, Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift or Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift are good swaps.

How to do it
- Stand holding the bar at your thighs, feet hip-width, knees slightly bent.
- Push your hips straight back, keeping the bar against your legs and your back flat.
- Lower until you feel a strong stretch in your hamstrings, usually just below the knee.
- Drive your hips forward to stand tall, squeezing your glutes.
Watch out: Rounding your back or squatting down instead of hinging back.
