Outdoor Run
Outdoor Run is a bodyweight cardio exercise. If you cannot do it, Treadmill Run or Sprint Intervals are good swaps.
How to do it
- Start with a few minutes of brisk walking to warm up, then ease into a jog at an easy pace.
- Run tall with your eyes ahead, shoulders relaxed and arms bent at about 90°.
- Land with your foot under your body and keep a quick, light stride.
- Keep a pace where you could still speak a few words, and finish with a few minutes of walking.
Watch out: Starting too fast, which ends the run early.
