Pull-up
Pull-up is a bodyweight pull exercise for the back, and it also works the biceps and forearms. If you cannot do it, Assisted Pull-up Machine or Neutral-Grip Pull-up are good swaps.

How to do it
- Hang from the bar with an overhand grip a little wider than your shoulders.
- Pull your shoulders down and back before you bend your arms.
- Pull until your chin clears the bar, leading with your chest and driving your elbows down.
- Lower to a full hang, arms straight, before the next rep.
Watch out: Kipping or half reps; use a band or the assisted machine to build up.
