Bulgarian Split Squat
Bulgarian Split Squat is a dumbbell legs exercise for the quads, and it also works the glutes. If you cannot do it, Barbell Split Squat or Pistol Squat are good swaps.

How to do it
- Stand a big step in front of a bench and rest the top of your back foot on it.
- Keep your torso upright or leaning slightly forward and your front foot flat.
- Lower straight down until your front thigh is parallel, your front knee over your toes.
- Drive up through your front heel.
Watch out: Standing too close to the bench, so your front knee travels far past your toes.
