Cable Pull-Through
Cable Pull-Through is a cable legs exercise for the glutes, and it also works the back. If you cannot do it, Good Morning or Kettlebell Swing are good swaps.

How to do it
- Face away from a low cable and hold the rope between your legs with both hands.
- Walk forward until the cable is taut and set your feet shoulder width, knees soft.
- Push your hips back, letting the rope pass between your legs, until your hamstrings stretch.
- Drive your hips forward and squeeze your glutes to stand tall.
Watch out: Squatting down instead of hinging — the hips move back, not down.
