Meadows Row
Meadows Row is a landmine pull exercise for the back, and it also works the biceps and forearms. If you cannot do it, One-Arm Dumbbell Row or Assisted Pull-up Machine are good swaps.

How to do it
- Stand side-on to the bar end in a staggered stance, hinge forward and brace your free hand on your knee.
- Grip the thick end of the bar overhand with your far hand, arm hanging.
- Row the end up towards your hip, driving your elbow high and back.
- Lower slowly until your arm is straight again.
Watch out: Rotating your torso to heave the bar up — your hinge angle stays fixed.
