Rear Delt Row
Rear Delt Row is a dumbbell pull exercise for the shoulders, and it also works the back. If you cannot do it, Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise or Barbell Upright Row are good swaps.

How to do it
- Hinge at the hips with a flat back and let a dumbbell in each hand hang below your shoulders.
- Turn your palms to face your legs.
- Row the dumbbells up and out to the sides, elbows high at about 90° to your torso.
- Lower them slowly to the start.
Watch out: Pulling the elbows in close to your ribs, which works the lats instead of the rear delts.
