Battle Ropes
Battle Ropes is a battle rope other exercise for the shoulders, and it also works the back, core, biceps and forearms. If you cannot do it, Cable Front Raise or Dumbbell Front Raise are good swaps.

How to do it
- Hold the end of a rope in each hand and sink into a half squat, chest up.
- Keep your feet planted and your core braced.
- Whip your arms up and down in alternating waves, making the ropes ripple to the anchor.
- Keep the rhythm steady for the set time.
Watch out: Standing upright and moving only your hands — the wave starts from your shoulders and hips.
