Stationary Bike
Stationary Bike is a machine cardio exercise. If you cannot do it, Outdoor Cycling or Air/Assault Bike are good swaps.
How to do it
- Set the saddle so your knee has a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke, and strap your feet in.
- Sit tall with relaxed shoulders and a light grip on the handlebars.
- Pedal in smooth circles at a steady cadence and set the resistance to a level you can keep up.
- Keep breathing steadily, and ease the resistance for the last few minutes.
Watch out: A saddle set too low or gripping the bars tightly.
