Sumo Deadlift
Sumo Deadlift is a barbell legs exercise for the glutes, and it also works the quads, hamstrings, back and forearms. If you cannot do it, Kettlebell Swing or Cable Pull-Through are good swaps.

How to do it
- Take a wide stance with your toes turned out about 30–45°, shins close to the bar.
- Grip inside your knees with straight arms, chest up and hips between your knees.
- Push your knees out over your toes as you push the floor away.
- Lock out by squeezing your glutes, then lower the bar along your legs.
Watch out: Letting your knees cave in or your hips shoot up before the bar moves.
