Walking Lunge is a dumbbell legs exercise for the quads, and it also works the glutes. If you cannot do it, Barbell Forward Lunge or Barbell Reverse Lunge are good swaps.

How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width, holding weights at your sides if you use them.
- Step forward a long stride and lower until both knees are at about 90°.
- Keep your torso upright and your front knee over your foot.
- Push off your front foot to return, then switch legs.
Watch out: Taking too short a step, so your front knee travels far past your toes.
