Incline Barbell Bench
Incline Barbell Bench is a barbell push exercise for the chest, and it also works the triceps and shoulders. If you cannot do it, Incline Dumbbell Press or Incline Machine Press are good swaps.

How to do it
- Set the bench to about 30°, lie back with your shoulder blades pinched and feet planted.
- Unrack with a grip just wider than your shoulders and straight arms.
- Lower the bar to your upper chest, just below the collarbones, elbows about 45–60° out.
- Press up until your arms are straight over your shoulders.
Watch out: A bench set too steep: past about 45° it turns into a shoulder press.
