Sled Pull
Sled Pull is a sled legs exercise for the hamstrings, and it also works the glutes and back. If you cannot do it, Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift or Romanian Deadlift are good swaps.

How to do it
- Hold the strap or rope with both hands at waist height and face the sled.
- Sit your hips low with a flat back and your chest up.
- Walk backwards in small steps, pulling the sled towards you hand over hand.
- Keep the strap taut the whole way, then reset at the end.
Watch out: Pulling with your arms and back instead of walking your legs back.
