How to do it
- Rest a barbell across your upper back and take a long split stance, back foot behind you.
- Keep your torso upright and your front foot flat.
- Lower straight down until your back knee nearly touches the floor.
- Drive through your front foot to stand, keeping your feet where they are.
Watch out: Leaning forward so the weight sits on your toes instead of the whole front foot.
