Overhead Press
Overhead Press is a barbell push exercise for the shoulders, and it also works the triceps. If you cannot do it, Dumbbell Shoulder Press or Handstand Push-up are good swaps.

How to do it
- Rack the bar at collarbone height, hands just outside your shoulders, elbows slightly forward.
- Squeeze your glutes and brace your abs so your ribs stay down.
- Press the bar straight up, moving your head back and then through as it passes your face.
- Finish with the bar over your mid-foot and arms locked, then lower to your collarbones.
Watch out: Leaning back and turning the press into an incline press.
