Weighted Dips
Weighted Dips is a bodyweight push exercise for the chest, and it also works the triceps and shoulders. If you cannot do it, Assisted Dip Machine or Dips are good swaps.

How to do it
- Attach a weight to a dip belt and take hold of the parallel bars, arms straight.
- Lean your torso slightly forward and let your legs hang or cross them.
- Lower until your upper arms are about parallel to the floor.
- Press back up until your arms lock.
Watch out: Adding weight before you can do clean bodyweight dips with full control.
