Hanging Leg Raise
Hanging Leg Raise is a bodyweight core exercise for the core. If you cannot do it, L-Sit or Toes-to-Bar are good swaps.

How to do it
- Hang from a bar with an overhand grip, shoulders pulled down, legs straight.
- Tilt your pelvis slightly up and brace your abs.
- Raise your legs until they are about parallel to the floor, or higher.
- Lower slowly without swinging.
Watch out: Swinging or using momentum, so your hip flexors do the work instead of your abs.
