Overhead Cable Curl
Overhead Cable Curl is a cable pull exercise for the biceps, and it also works the forearms. If you cannot do it, Barbell Curl or Drag Curl are good swaps.

How to do it
- Set two pulleys high, stand between them and hold a handle in each hand with your arms out to the sides.
- Keep your upper arms level with your shoulders.
- Curl the handles towards your head without moving your upper arms.
- Squeeze your biceps, then extend slowly.
Watch out: Dropping your elbows below shoulder height, which takes the tension off.
