Push Press
Push Press is a barbell push exercise for the shoulders, and it also works the triceps. If you cannot do it, Dumbbell Shoulder Press or Handstand Push-up are good swaps.

How to do it
- Rack the bar on your front shoulders, elbows slightly forward, feet hip width.
- Dip a few inches by bending your knees, keeping your torso upright.
- Drive up through your legs hard and let the bar leave your shoulders.
- Finish by pressing it overhead until your arms lock, bar over your mid-foot.
Watch out: Leaning back or dipping forward onto your toes — the dip is straight down.
